By accessing or using AI bg remove you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
AI bg remove provides free, on-device background and object removal tools. All processing happens in your browser using WebAssembly and WebGPU. No images are uploaded to or stored on our servers.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to infringe on the rights of others. You are responsible for the images you process and for having the right to use them.
4. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that results will be error-free or that the service will be available at all times.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI bg remove and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
